Orders below this amount will be charged a standard rate of R100 per delivery and will be added to your order at checkout.
Once your goodies have been sent, we will send you an email notification with the waybill/post office tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your goodies to reach you, may vary.
Dandy Sportswear will supply all goods to the delivery company in good order. Please be informed that any goods lost or damaged in transit are at your liability.
International shipping is charged at a standard rate of R350 per delivery.
All international orders are sent via registered mail with the South African Post Office. We will send you an email notification with the tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Customers are responsible for any customs or import duties charged by the receiving country.
I want you to absolutely LOVE your sportswear! If you are not entirely satisfied, I will gladly accept merchandise for exchange within 7 days of receiving the items.
All merchandise must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and with tags attached.
The provision of goods and services by Dandy Sportswear is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Dandy Sportswear will refund the client in full within 30 days. Refunds are subject to exclusion of specials, gift cards and discounts. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Stocks of all goods on offer are limited. Dandy Sportswear shall take all reasonable efforts to discontinue the offer as soon as stock is no longer available. However, should items still be offered after stocks are sold, Dandy Sportswear shall only be liable to refund monies where it is unable to fulfil orders. We are unable to guarantee permanent availability of all items at all times. Should a certain style/colour be out of stock, we will advise you and offer advice on alternative styles and colours. Should you want a specific colour, we will advise expected delivery dates.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the Site. However, please note that colours may vary.
If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at email@example.com or fill out the form on the Contact page and let me know why you wish to exchange the item. I will reply with clear instructions and a return address. EXCHANGES AND RETURNS ARE NOT ACCEPTED ON SALE ITEMS.
Simply repack your order and send it back to me. Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges to return the item.
Once I have received your parcel, I will send you the exchanged item.
Please obtain a “Proof Of Posting” by returning your parcel with either a registration or tracking number as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost or damaged on return to us.
